What happens when an order comes in?
  1. When a customer purchases a product orders are automatically sent to iLoVou.
  2. We will charge your linked credit card for the price of the product and shipping charges, if applicable.
  3. After payment is received, orders are sent to production.
  4. When customer orders are produced and shipped, tracking information will be automatically updated.
Where do you ship?
We ship orders worldwide.
What are your shipping times?
Free Shipping on all orders in the USA. Once the order has shipped, a tracking number will be updated to your order. We ship all orders with USPS First Class Mail.
Do you accept returns?
What is the return/refund policy?
We believe in world-class customer service, customers can return non- perishable items for 30 days free of charge, if they don't like it, contact us and we will issue a prepaid shipping label and send a refund to you.
iLoVou doesn’t accept returns for any perishable items. Such as food, flowers and any items that are considered perishable. We will refund the price you were charged by iLoVou or replace any product that was damaged in transit (picture evidence may be required).
What if the order never arrives to the customer?
If the item was never delivered we will verify status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows delivery we will not refund the order total or offer a replacement.
What are the shipping costs for your products?
Shipping in the USA is free. For all orders outside the USA, shipping varies.
What is the average shipping time for when a customer places an order?
Orders ship within 7-10 business days and are shipped via Ground.

How can I cancel an order?
Please send us an email at ilovouinfo@gmail.com or call us at 562-294-1271 to cancel. You must cancel within 12 hours of placement of the order.
