Terms of Service

ilovou operates an online marketplace at ilovou.com. We host booths for independent vendors, take orders on their behalf and pass those orders to the vendor for fulfilment.

ilovou is not the maker or seller of vendor merchandise. Each vendor is responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their goods and shipping your order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to create an account.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at ilovouinfo@gmail.com if you believe someone else has access.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses other users, or is used for fraud.

All purchases happen on ilovou. Payments are processed by Square, which handles card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay transactions. We never see or store your full card number.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown before you confirm payment.

An order is accepted when payment is authorised and you receive an order confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will cancel that line and refund it.

Vendors apply for a booth and are reviewed by hand. No booth becomes public until the ilovou team approves it.

Approved vendors pay a monthly booth rent — $29 per month for up to 17 products, or $49 per month for up to 50 products — after a one-day free trial. ilovou takes no commission on merchandise sales.

Vendor merchandise earnings are paid out weekly for orders marked shipped. Full seller obligations are set out in the Vendor Agreement.

Vendors must not divert shoppers to other checkouts. Every order placed through ilovou is completed on ilovou.

Do not list or buy counterfeit goods, stolen property, weapons, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, live animals, or anything that infringes someone else's intellectual property.

Do not scrape, copy or resell the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access other people's accounts or data.

Do not post abusive, hateful, deceptive or sexually explicit content in booth descriptions, product listings, live streams or messages.

Vendors may broadcast a live stream from their booth to show and sell products. Streams must follow the acceptable use rules above and the terms of whichever streaming service they use.

ilovou does not host or moderate streams in real time. We may remove a stream link or take a booth offline if it breaches these terms.

The ilovou name, logo, site design and 3D mall experience belong to ilovou. Vendors keep the rights to their own brand, product photos and descriptions, and grant ilovou a licence to display them on the site and in marketing.

If you believe content on ilovou infringes your rights, email ilovouinfo@gmail.com with details and we will investigate promptly.

The site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ilovou is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through ilovou in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use ilovou after an update means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
