Vendor Agreement

Every application is reviewed by hand by the ilovou team. Your booth stays private until it is approved, and we may decline an application for any lawful reason.

You confirm that you own or are authorised to represent the business, and that the information you submit is accurate and kept up to date.

Starter is $29 per month and lists up to 17 products. Pro Pavilion is $49 per month and lists up to 50 products, with featured promenade placement and live stream broadcasting.

Newly approved vendors get a one-day free trial. When the trial ends, the card saved in My Booth is charged automatically, then on the same date each month.

You can change plan or cancel at any time in My Booth. Cancelling keeps your booth open until the end of the month you have already paid for.

If a payment fails we will retry and email you. A booth may be taken offline while rent is unpaid.

You keep 100% of your merchandise sale price. ilovou charges no listing fee and no commission — only the flat monthly booth rent.

Standard Square payment processing fees apply to each transaction and are deducted before payout.

All orders from your ilovou booth must be taken and paid for on ilovou. You may not redirect shoppers to another checkout, website, social account or payment link.

Shopper-facing pages do not display vendor websites or social accounts. Do not include external links, handles or contact details in product names, descriptions, images or live streams.

You are responsible for the accuracy of every listing: title, description, photos, price, stock and any claims you make about a product.

Use your own photography or images you are licensed to use. Do not copy another seller's photos or wording.

Prices must include everything the shopper is required to pay for the item itself.

Dispatch each paid order within 3 business days and record the carrier and tracking number in My Booth, then mark the item shipped.

Pack items so they arrive undamaged. Honour the ilovou Refund & Return Policy for every order, including replacements and refunds for damaged or faulty goods.

Repeated late shipping, unfulfilled orders or unanswered return requests can lead to your booth being suspended.

Payouts are calculated weekly. Items marked shipped by midnight Sunday enter that week's batch; anything unshipped rolls into the next one.

Payments are disbursed the following Monday using the payout method you set in My Booth — direct deposit, Cash App or Venmo. Keep those details correct; we cannot recover money sent to a wrong account.

Refunds, chargebacks and returns for items already paid out are deducted from your next payout.

Vendors may connect a live stream to their booth and sell during a broadcast. When you go live, your stream appears on your booth page and on the Live Now page with your products beside it.

You are responsible for the content of your stream, for any rules of the streaming service you use, and for honouring anything you promise on air.

No counterfeits or replicas, no items that infringe someone else's trademark or copyright, no weapons or ammunition, no illegal or regulated drugs, no hazardous materials, no live animals, no recalled or unsafe goods, and no adult content.

No fake reviews, no artificially inflated prices or discounts, and no harassment of shoppers or other vendors.

You are an independent business, not an employee, partner or agent of ilovou.

You are responsible for your own business licences, permits, income tax and any sales tax obligations arising from your sales.

You may close your booth at any time in My Booth. Any orders already placed must still be fulfilled or refunded.

We may suspend or remove a booth that breaches this agreement, harms shoppers, or exposes ilovou to legal risk. Payouts for properly fulfilled orders are still made.

We may update this agreement. Vendors are notified of material changes, and continuing to sell after an update means you accept it.
